Disability Law Rights with Chris Fry

Disability Rights is an area of law that is rarely, if at all, touched upon in law schools and yet one which affects a significant number of people.

This week we sit down with Chris Fry, a Consultant Solicitor at Scott-Moncrieff & Associates, but also the Co-Founder of Disability Passport and Disability Rights TV. In the episode we discuss what Disability Rights Law is, the importance of educating the public and service providers and employers as to disability rights, and the lack of lawyers and law firms in the area.

Outside of these topics, we discuss Chris’s career journey - particularly in suffering from chronic illness early on in his career  and how it motivated him to get into the practice area.
